SESSION INSTRUCTIONS:
Instructions for chairs, commentators, and paper presenters:
-session chairs are expected to: 1) provide brief introductions of the presenters and make sure the presentations are NO LONGER than 15 minutes; 2) make sure that each paper discussion is allotted NO LONGER than 30 minutes overall
-commentators have circa five minutes for their comments, leaving some time for audience questions – they can provide more detailed feedback to the presenters in a written format and/or after the session individually
-presenters are expected to: 1) provide a written paper (or at least a comprehensive summary) by April 15th; 2) make a (maximum) 15 minute presentation); 3) briefly react to comments and questions in the end, keeping in mind the 30-minute time constraint per paper.
